Just because the “family planning” section of the stimulus was removed, there’s still work to do. Due to the success of close to 600,000 signatures against FOCA, Cecile Richards, President of Planned Parenthood, and others are saying that they aren't going to try to pass the "Freedom of Choice Act" (FOCA).
