Okay, folks, it’s time for another fight of our lives, and the focus must now be on ObamCare!

HERE'S THE DEAL:
In case you don't know, under the guise of "health care reform" Congress is about to pass a stealth version of the Freedom of Choice Act! And to make matters worse, they will force YOU to pay for the killings that will follow!

Make no mistake. The "health care reform" bills being finalized in Congress will set off a chain reaction that will result in a massive expansion of abortion!

That's because unless Congress explicitly states that abortion is excluded, it will be regarded as "an essential benefit" for Americans. Once that's done, insurance companies would be forced to cover elective abortions which would in turn force local health networks to recruit and hire abortionists.

And to make matters even worse, because these would be federal mandates ...

state laws that now restrict abortion will probably be overturned!

Hillary In “Awe” Of Margaret Sanger

On March 27, Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton made the following remarks about Planned Parenthood founder, Margaret Sanger at the Federation of America Awards Gala in Houston Texas:

“…Now, I have to tell you that it was a great privilege when I was told that I would receive this award. I admire Margaret Sanger enormously, her courage, her tenacity, her vision…. And when I think about what she did all those years ago in Brooklyn, taking on archetypes, taking on attitudes and accusations flowing from all directions, I am really in awe of her….”

Did I hear that correctly? Madam Secretary of State Clinton is in “awe” of Margaret Sanger… AWE? With all due respect, Mrs. Clinton, Sanger was not a hero -- she was a monster that needed to be stopped but, instead, was idolized.

Let’s set the facts straight here: Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, was simply a proponent of eugenics who advocated selective breeding, sterilization and euthanasia. In one of Sanger’s first pamphlets, published in 1915, she wrote, “It is a vicious cycle; ignorance breeds poverty and poverty breeds ignorance. There is only one cure for both, and that is to stop breeding these things. Stop bringing to birth children whose inheritance cannot be one of health or intelligence. Stop bringing into the world children whose parents cannot provide for them. Herein lies the key of civilization. For upon the foundation of an enlightened and voluntary motherhood shall a future civilization emerge.”

Sanger also advocated government coercion to stop the “unfit” from bearing children, saying, "The undeniably feeble-minded should, indeed, not only be discouraged but prevented from propagating their kind."

In Lies We Trust

You have to admit one thing: like him or not, our President is certainly holding true to his promises of “change” for our America.

But there’s a problem, a big problem: Obama’s administration is destroying our country.

A few weeks ago, a concerned friend timidly asked if I was “okay.”

I had to think for a minute… was there something wrong that I had forgotten? After a moment or two, I assured her that I was fine.

“Well, everyone’s worried, Judi, after all, you’ve changed.”

“Have I?”

“Yes, you have. Why are you concentrating so much on the “tough” issues – just let it go! Forget all of this and concentrate on your family and your career! Abortion will always be there with you or without you. People don’t want “this Judi” - they loved you when you wrote about “lighter” things; you know, your family and your daughter. You were funny. We want the “old” Judi back.”

“Oh, I see. So I’m not so popular anymore, huh?”

“Well people are wondering what’s going on with you – what are you so angry about? You make people feel “uncomfortable.”

Unaffected, I respond: “Good. Uncomfortable is good. Party time is over, my friend.”

It amazes me that when someone chooses not to be “sheeple” it is assumed a mental breakdown has occurred. If being “sheeple” is synonymous with “popularity” than I opt to be unpopular.

Second by second we are loosing our rights and still there are those who choose to be blind. I can’t count the numbers of people I have spoken with who are ecstatic that Obama will pay for their mortgages.

Huh? Are they serious? And I’m accused of experiencing a meltdown? Ple-e-eazzz!

We only have to look at the cross to see what’s wrong. But instead of humbly submitting to Him, we choose to submit to lies. No longer a nation of “In God We Trust” America has willingly submitted into the nation of “In Lies We Trust”.

As our country rapidly yields to bigger government, we are facing the most serious threat to pro-life policies ever with the Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA). If passed, abortion would become an entitlement the government must fund and promote. All citizens would lose the freedom they now have to enact even the modest regulation of the abortion industry.

Today, March 2, the Drudge Report reluctantly reports:

President Barack Obama has named Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius --a Catholic who has aggressively promoted legal abortion-- to head the federal Department of Health and Human Services.

Great. Good news, huh?

Am I angry? You betcha! As a Catholic/Christian am I out of line with my outspokenness? Me thinks not. If one professes to be a Christ follower, then remaining silent is out of line. This administration was chosen out of desperation for a failing economy and, with that, look what is happening on Wall Street: despite Obama’s stimu-lie bill, despite the trillion-dollar bailout of the banks, despite the fact that AIG just received another 30 billion dollars from the government, the stock market dropped by 300 points -- the Dow is below 700 points.

America, including many Catholics and Christians, have unwisely compromised and gambled on short- term "hope" and America will demise unless we change from God-less to God-filled.

Whether FOCA passes in its entirety or in “piece-meal” rest assured, that this administration is determined to pass it.

What Does "Your" America Stand For?

Is this the “change” that America wanted? Is this now the true spirit of our America?

A frightened, desperate people did not create our America -- brave, freedom-thinking heroes founded our country.

Afterall,

frightened people don’t think,

and,

frightened people will concede hard fought liberties for “an illusion of security.”

So I have to ask America, What does “We the People” mean to you?

Especially pertinent today is Thomas Jefferson’s warning, “To preserve our independence, we must not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt.” Jefferson added, “We must make our election between economy and liberty…or profusion and servitude.”

A little too late for that, I’d say, but here’s the thing: our apathy has allowed us, as a nation, to commit child abuse on an unimaginable scale because we’ve allowed our children to inherit America’s mess.

Isn’t it supposed to be our job to protect our children?

Say No To Obama's Stimulus Package

Contact Your Senators in Opposition to the Senate "Stimulus" Package Today

Please tell your elected officials to oppose the $825 billion 'American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009', commonly known as the stimulus bill, now making its way through Congress. This legislation is packed with pork, supports groups such as ACORN and will increase the national deficit to more than $2 trillion dollars which future generations will have to repay.

We must stop it in the Senate.

The Heritage Foundation has listed several top disastrous highlights:

1. Medicaid bailout - $87 billion for states
2. Medicaid expansion - expands eligibility to anyone whose income is less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Line
3. Family Planning Loophole - This section undercuts parental authority, increases control over taxpayer dollars by family planning clinics, and expands exactly who is eligible to receive the benefits.
4. Education Bailout - $79 billion added to education, none of which may be used for school choice.
5. Education Shopping Spree - additional billions for various areas of education which will bring the total spent in this are to over $142 billion.

Obama's Justice Department Nominees Against Family Values

Appointees represent 'everything the pro-family movement has fought against.'

President Barack Obama claims he wants a "post-partisan" administration, but his actions are drowning out his words.

Three of his Justice Department nominees have horrific records on pro-family issues.

"The one thing Barack Obama's nominees to the Department of Justice seem to have in common is a disrespect for human life," said Wendy Wright, president of Concerned Women for America.

David Ogden, nominated to serve as deputy attorney general, has built a profitable career opposing the laws he now would be expected to enforce --- including obscenity laws.

Thomas Perrelli, Obama's nominee to serve as associate attorney general, represented Terri Schiavo's husband as he fought to have food and water withheld from his disabled wife.

And Dawn Johnsen, who also hopes to serve as assistant attorney general, is the former legal director for NARAL Pro-Choice America.

Patrick Trueman, former chief of the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section of the Justice Department, said the three nominations spell trouble for the pro-family movement.

"Appointments to the Department of Justice, more than to any other department, reflect a president's moral agenda," he told CitizenLink. "You can see from a president's appointment to high positions in the Department of Justice where they stand.

"Obama is appointing people to run the Department of Justice, to interpret the laws of our nation, to carry out the laws of our nation, who will fight fiercely against the pro-family movement."

Ogden, who is set to go before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday, opposes common-sense restrictions on abortion, including parental-notification laws.

He also opposes restrictions on pornography and believes adults have a constitutional right to view pornography at public libraries. Ogden has represented Playboy in court.

"He's everything the pro-family movement has fought against," Trueman said, "yet as deputy attorney general, he will be the chief executive officer of the U.S. Department of Justice."

Two's The Limit Says "Green Guru"

COUPLES who have more than two children are being “irresponsible” by creating an unbearable burden on the environment, the government’s green adviser has warned.

Jonathon Porritt, who chairs the government’s Sustainable Development Commission, says curbing population growth through contraception and abortion must be at the heart of policies to fight global warming. He says political leaders and green campaigners should stop dodging the issue of environmental harm caused by an expanding population.

A report by the commission, to be published next month, will say that governments must reduce population growth through better family planning.

“I am unapologetic about asking people to connect up their own responsibility for their total environmental footprint and how they decide to procreate and how many children they think are appropriate,” Porritt said.

“I think we will work our way towards a position that says that having more than two children is irresponsible. It is the ghost at the table. We have all these big issues that everybody is looking at and then you don’t really hear anyone say the “p” word.”

The Optimum Population Trust, a campaign group of which Porritt is a patron, says each baby born in Britain will, during his or her lifetime, burn carbon roughly equivalent to 2½ acres of old-growth oak woodland - an area the size of Trafalgar Square.

The British population, now 61m, will pass 70m by 2028, the Office for National Statistics says. The fertility rate for women born outside Britain is estimated to be 2.5, compared with 1.7 for those born here. The global population of 6.7 billion is expected to rise to 9.2 billion by 2050.

Porritt, who has two children, intends to persuade environmental pressure groups to make population a focus of campaigning.

“Many organizations think it is not part of their business. My mission with the Friends of the Earth and the Greenpeaces of this world is to say: ‘You are betraying the interests of your members by refusing to address population issues and you are doing it for the wrong reasons because you think it is too controversial,” he said.

Porritt, a former chairman of the Green party, says the government must improve family planning, even if it means shifting money from curing illness to increasing contraception and abortion.

He said: “We still have one of the highest rates of teenage pregnancies in Europe and we still have relatively high levels of pregnancies going to birth, often among women who are not convinced they want to become mothers.

NBC Puts The Ax To Pro-Life Super Bowl Ad

Take Action: NBC Refuses to Air Pro-Life Ad during Super Bowl

NBC will not air a pro-life ad during the Super Bowl, even though it considered a sexual ad from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).

The pro-life ad, created by CatholicVote.org, portrays President Barack Obama as a pre-born baby. It features images of a child in uterous set to music and reads:

"The child's future is a broken home. He will be abandoned by his father. His single mother will struggle to raise him.

"Despite the hardships he will endure, this child will become the first African-American president."

Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council, said: "In reality, these 41 seconds do more to inspire than the hundreds of other Super Bowl ads that use sex and alcohol to wow viewers. It's ironic that producers pull out the rule book when they want to police traditional values."

While the life ad was rejected because it is political, PETA simply was told to make a few edits to its ad.

Obama Says “No” to Planned Parenthood Stimulus Funds

Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) -- After a national pro-life outcry following news that Congressional Democrats placed a bailout for the Planned Parenthood abortion business in the economic stimulus bill, President Barack Obama urged party leaders to remove it...

Obama Ignores ‘09 March For Life

Although, President Obama was sent a personal invitation from “March for Life’s” President and Founder, Nellie Gray, to attend this year’s event, he was a no show.

Surprised? Well, we shouldn’t be… not really…

This administration has promised “change” and “change” is what we’re gonna get. For the first time in years, the annual pro-life march went on without any support or encouragement from a President residing in our White House.

There’s one “change” right there, right?

His message is revealing but, all the same, it would be nice to have our Chief Executive support all life…

In front of a sea of chanting, sign-waving delegates at the Democratic National Convention, Michelle Obama urged Americans to cast their votes for her husband, Sen. Barack Obama, as she cast her family as guided by bedrock American values with a desire to improve the world…

"We want our children -- and all children in this nation -- to know that the only limit to the height of your achievements is the reach of your dreams and your willingness to work for them," she said.

"You work hard for what you want in life," she said. "Your word is your bond and you do what you say you're going to do ... you treat people with dignity and respect, even if you don't know them, and even if you don't agree with them."

Yes, but what about the kids who don’t make it? What about the innocent babies whose dreams are stolen by others before they are born?

What about all of our babies who are intentionally murdered?

Is that dignity and respect?

Wade America is that "choice" is synonymous with abortion access and celebration of 'freedom of choice' is a tacit endorsement of abortion rights on demand.

President-elect Barack Obama promises to be the most virulently pro-abortion president in history. Millions more children will be endangered by his radical abortion agenda.

Celebrating his inauguration with "Freedom of Choice" doughnuts – only two days before the anniversary of the Supreme Court decision to decriminalize abortion – is not only extremely tacky, it's disrespectful and insensitive and makes a mockery of a national tragedy.

A misconstrued concept of "choice" has killed over 50 million preborn children since Jan. 22, 1973. Does Krispy Kreme really want their free doughnuts to celebrate this "freedom"?

As of Thursday morning, Krispy Kreme Communications Director Brian Little could not be reached for comment. We challenge Krispy Kreme doughnuts to reaffirm their commitment to true freedom – to the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness – and to separate themselves and their doughnuts from our great American shame.

EQUALITY

We have passed the threshold into one of the most important weeks in American history, and a convergence of three very important celebrations reminds us of it. Yesterday we celebrated the remembrance of Dr. Martin Luther King, who worked so heroically and tirelessly to insure that all men and women might share in the American dream equally. Today we celebrate the inauguration of the first African American president, Barack Obama. That an African American can be so elected is indeed a cause to celebrate. However, Thursday we pray and do penance on the anniversary of the most infamous court decision in United States history, Roe v. Wade. All three are related.

Dr. King fought long and hard and suffered many things that all men and women in the United States of America might enjoy those truths that we hold to be self evident: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. He was an American hero for so doing. This week we should rightly celebrate the fact that an African American can be and has been elected President of the United States. This is surely progress, both political and moral.

This all being said, it has to plague the conscience of any thinking person that in this country there is yet the most immoral and deadly form of prejudice and persecution imaginable against the most innocent and vulnerable class of human beings—the unwanted unborn. No matter what advances this country makes, moral, economic, social, or technological, so long as that blight on our national identity remains, all else will ultimately pale into relative insignificance.

God is not a disinterested spectator in the affairs of man. He knows every child by name from all eternity. He loves each one with His infinite love. God’s holy Catholic Church teaches that abortion in a single case is homicide. I assert that if this is the case, and it is, then the 50,000,000 homicides through abortion that have taken place in the United States since Roe v. Wade constitute genocide. God will not favor such a country, regardless of any other progress. Unless this outrage against God and humanity is stopped very soon, the United States of America, and in turn all of the Western world, will realize the death wish that it has manifest for several decades.

Every Catholic, Christian, Jew, and all people of good will and right reason must pray and do penance rigorously and daily from now on for the defeat of this heinous evil we call abortion. If we fail, then Western society as we know it will soon collide with a disaster it will not survive.

May God have mercy on us.

Their verdict in the high-profile case leaves the jurors to decide whether to sentence Peterson to death, or to life in prison without parole. The sentencing phase of the trial is set to begin November 22….
