On March 27, Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton made the following remarks about Planned Parenthood founder, Margaret Sanger at the Federation of America Awards Gala in Houston Texas:
“…Now, I have to tell you that it was a great privilege when I was told that I would receive this award. I admire Margaret Sanger enormously, her courage, her tenacity, her vision…. And when I think about what she did all those years ago in Brooklyn, taking on archetypes, taking on attitudes and accusations flowing from all directions, I am really in awe of her….”
Did I hear that correctly? Madam Secretary of State Clinton is in “awe” of Margaret Sanger… AWE? With all due respect, Mrs. Clinton, Sanger was not a hero -- she was a monster that needed to be stopped but, instead, was idolized.
Let’s set the facts straight here: Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, was simply a proponent of eugenics who advocated selective breeding, sterilization and euthanasia. In one of Sanger’s first pamphlets, published in 1915, she wrote, “It is a vicious cycle; ignorance breeds poverty and poverty breeds ignorance. There is only one cure for both, and that is to stop breeding these things. Stop bringing to birth children whose inheritance cannot be one of health or intelligence. Stop bringing into the world children whose parents cannot provide for them. Herein lies the key of civilization. For upon the foundation of an enlightened and voluntary motherhood shall a future civilization emerge.”
Sanger also advocated government coercion to stop the “unfit” from bearing children, saying, "The undeniably feeble-minded should, indeed, not only be discouraged but prevented from propagating their kind."
Well, apparently I’m not the only one who is stunned with Hillary. Following is a clip from Rep. Chris Smith and Congressman Jeff Fortenberry confronting our Secretary of State on the same issues (videos courtesy of you tube):
Madam Secretary, the “choice” is God’s and God's alone!

Barack Obama believes this legislation will “end the culture wars.” To him, “ending the culture wars” means eradicating every state and federal law on abortion—laws the majority of Americans support.

I am not in Shock at Hillary's Awe, she is a poser and doesn't know a thing about history, what she knows is what she is told by her handlers. She was most likely never told the full story of
Margaret Sanger. So, again she puts her foot in her mouth.
I will leave my comments at that.
Ah? Foot-in-mouth-disease? Looks like her mouth, judging from the picture is big enough? God gave me a vision once for the lost. He was crying for them. He wants Hillary to be saved. I pray right now that Hillary Clinton will seek Jesus. I pray for all of them, but that is up to the Holy Spirit. The Bible says that some people were created to be destroyed. Its in Peter.
Thank you jay, I have to constantly remind myself to pray for some people. We as a family prayer for all our leaders that the Lord would remove the scales from their eyes and they might see the truth.
There are just certain people I find it easy to forget to pray for their salvation and I am totally out of line for that. I pray that the Lord would open her eyes and she would accept Jesus as her personal Savior for then she would be a mighty witness for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
An open confession might just do her in though but at least we would know where she was going.
I'll probably get in trouble for this, but if this Sanger lady's ideas had been followed, and the feeble minded would have been prevented from being born, then we wouldn't be stuck with obama, hillary, bill, nancy, rahm, harry reid, ted kennedy, kerry, algore, biden, and the list goes on.........
Excellent site with good material. God bless you.
You shall know them by their fruits. That is who and what they support. Can you do or condone crime or sin and still be a Christian? No, certainly not, this is the separation of the shaft from the wheat. Yet sadly many will follow after the doctrines of men. Good job.
Thanks for posting the videos. It's quite interesting that when the pro-life folks compare the evils of slavery and abortion, the choicers scream like stuck pigs, particularly when the Dred Scott case is invoked. In this case, H. Clinton uses Jefferson's ownership of slaves as something to condemn him for while still admiring him. She uses that to say that Sanger's eugenics promoting activities, while bad, are not enough to cause one not to admire all of the good things she did.
No pro-lifer would ever support slavery or abortion or support the choice to have slaves or the right to choose abortion. You can safely infer that H. Clinton supports the choice to have an abortion but not the choice to have slaves. She is inconsistent here if freedom of choice is paramount. She is absolutely opposed to slavery but she supports abortion. In order to reconcile these inconsistent positions, she must on the one hand oppose the Dred Scott decision that declared that Africans were not persons and on the other hand affirm the Roe vs Wade decision that declared that unborn humans are not persons. The key to the argument is the personhood of the unborn. Margaret Sanger is not part of the core argument but invoking her dispicable record can lead one to the inconsistencies of the pro-choice for abortion proponents.
The Creator, science, and ethics are on the pro-life side of the argument. The pro-choice side is stuck with death, blood, destruction, evil and cognitive dissonance.
